Zesty, juicy candied Sicilian orange pieces add to the fruity tones that are naturally present in the 75% Solomon Islands cacao, for a deliciously tangy combination. The soft fruit also adds a mouth-watering textural complexity to the silky, fine chocolate.
Luisa uses top quality Sicilian orange pieces which include natural zest & peel, and liberally disperses them throughout the bar, to complement the dark single origin chocolate.
Presented as a thick, 175g chocolate bar, and hand-wrapped in a biodegradable pouch.
Ingredients: cacao mass, unrefined sugar, cocoa butter, orange pieces (orange peel, glucose, sucrose, dextrose, orange natural flavour).
Handcrafted from bean-to-bar by Luisa at her little chocolate makery in Nottingham.
