    I’ve had a taste of most of her single origin dark chocolates – big fan of the 72% Madagascan! Compared it with M&S single origin chocolates (£2/100g bars), I could instantly tell which one was Luisa’s with my eyes closed. The flavours were intense, very fruity, bright and acidic profile. The chocolate melts evenly in the mouth and texture is amazing – reminds me of having a spoonful of manuka honey. Might be more expensive than your typical go-to dark chocolate but definitely worth it!
