2* Great Taste 2020 Award-Winning and Bronze Academy of Chocolate 2019 Award-Winning. Used by Michelin Star chef Alex Bond at Alchemilla Restaurant, Nottingham.

Here’s what the Guild of Fine Food judging panel had to say: “The citrus notes are bright and tangy and the hint of raspberry adds further complexity. The fruitiness lingers on the palate. It is deceptively simple, delicious and layered.” “Fruity fresh aroma.  Excellent creamy mouthfeel and good melt with the flavour profile releasing great balance with fruity, rich chocolate notes to the fore.”

I’ve had a taste of most of her single origin dark chocolates – big fan of the 72% Madagascan! Compared it with M&S single origin chocolates (£2/100g bars), I could instantly tell which one was Luisa’s with my eyes closed. The flavours were intense, very fruity, bright and acidic profile. The chocolate melts evenly in the mouth and texture is amazing – reminds me of having a spoonful of manuka honey. Might be more expensive than your typical go-to dark chocolate but definitely worth it!
