Our classic Casholate bar is the first plant-based m*lk chocolate bar that Luisa made, and is now a cult favourite. Luisa uses cashew nuts for ultimate creaminess, blended with her multi award-winning Solomon Islands chocolate, making for an extremely velvety and smooth bar.
Next, Luisa decided to use Hazelnuts, homage to her Italian roots, and experimented by roasting them, skins still on, and blending them with her multi award-winning Solomon Islands chocolate to make for a delicious smooth bar with a real taste of authentic Hazelnuts. It's delicious.
Our newest addition to the family is our Choc-Oat-Late, which is made with oat milk. This is our first alternative bar that does not use nuts, and so getting the creamy mouthfeel right was imperative and took trial and errors in the making, along with lots of taste-testing from her daughter Isabella. It is finally ready for you all to try and has a delightful buttery caramel taste, and we are so excited to see what you think!
