Red fruit taste notes of our multi award-winning 75% Solomon Islands chocolate guarantees a rich hit of cacao, which perfectly balances our handmade sweet, gooey caramel running through it. Topped off with Luisa's abstract, artisan hand stringing, reminiscent of her background as an art and textiles teacher. Directly sourced single origin cacao from David Kebu's family farm in the idyllic Guadalcanal of the Solomon Islands.
