For a first hand, encapsulating sensory experience of seeing, touching, and engaging with cacao, look no further.

Chocolatiers do not actually make chocolate- they remould 'couverture' that has been made in a factory elsewhere. On the other hand, we are bean-to-bar chocolate makers - we actually make the chocolate from the bean to the bar. This is a highly skilled artisan process that sets us apart from other chocolate experiences... we're the real deal!

The Ultimate Bean-to-Bar Experience

2 hours - BESTSELLING!

For die-hard chocolate lovers only. This 2-hour workshop led by Luisa takes you on a journey of cacao, from its origins in the volcanic islands, all the way to the finished products. You’ll have a chance to taste, and have a go at some of the key processes in the bean-to-bar chocolate making process for yourself! In addition, you’ll mould your own chocolate bars & truffles and take your creations home with you!

The Tasting Experience

1 hour

For chocolate lovers that want to become taste connoseurs, without the hands-on element of our Ultimate Experience. Taste an array of our bean-to-bar award winning single origin bars, and something different from our better-than-milk and infusions range. We can tailor this based on your chocolate preferences, if needed. We can also pair this experience with wines, for an added cost.

The Online Experience

1 hour

Connect with friends and family all over the country with our virtual experience. Don’t worry - the chocolate is real! We will post out tasting packages to you and invite you to join an online workshop from the comfort of your own home. We developed these experiences through Covid, and have kept doing them as they're a popular option amongst both friends & family as well as corporate businesses. Cosy!

We had a chocolate tasting session via Zoom with Luisa and it was a great experience. Luisa is very knowledgeable about chocolate and is very passionate about what she does. She talked us through the chocolate making process and then we tried many of her different types of chocolates, going through the tasting notes, and all of which were delicious! Would highly recommend the chocolate testing session and the chocolates themselves!
