The Observer Magazine Review
Luisa's 75% Solomon Islands Toasted Almond bar.. I love Luisa's mini, yet chunky-sized bars.
The chocolate was stand out:bright, keen, smooth, creamy, impressing. If I were writing card for it, it would have it all going on.
Maybe it should be called the Teacher's pet bar. A glorious treat for those of you who like to go 70% and beyond. Annalisa Barbieri

We Thank you for Supporting us and the farmers we work closely with around the world.
Food of the Gods
"It has to taste spectacular"
We believe that our chocolate sets us apart not only in taste but in the transparent journey behind each bar.
We directly source the world's very best tasting beans from conscientious farmers who truly look after their crops and manage their business in the most ethical and sustainable way.
Luisa handcrafts all her chocolate from bean-to-bar at her little chocolate makery in Sneinton Market, Nottingham.
We believe in sourcing the best, paying farmers more, and working together to create the world's finest chocolate.
We believe that chocolate should not be seen as a cheap commodity, but should be appreciated more and seen as one of life's pure and simple pleasures... as the Mayans said, pure chocolate is the Food of the Gods.
