Luisa’s Bean-to-Bar Chocolates are made using the finest directly sourced cacao beans without any additives, preservatives or artificial flavourings. These exquisite beans are roasted to produce her renowned creations, including stunning sculptures, uniquely crafted bars and creamy ganache truffles.


OUR MISSION: Quality, Sustainability & Community

We strive for the best practice at Luisa’s using the finest quality beans from volcanic islands. Our environmentally and economically sustainable ethos is demonstrated by our relationship with the farmers, and their farming methods involving multi-crop – which results in no deforestation to the island. On top of this, we are working on ways to make Luisa´s Vegan Chocolates zero-waste.

The farmers are paid a better than fair price for their prized beans, which are then fermented and sun-dried before being shipped directly to us. We strive to build a close relationship with all of our farmers and our customers, and feel proud to be part of a community of sustainable cacao farming, vegan chocolate lovers and small businesses in Nottingham.
