The beautiful Colombian bar is one of our customers favourites and the Peruvian bar has also been popular so it's no surprise to our regularly customers that this bar has now been awarded.

Years ago, this rare genetic varietal bean was on the edge of extinction due to growing numbers of abandoned farms. Thanks to chocolate makers interest and support, the farmers have saved these trees from being lost forever.

We directly source the world's very best tasting beans from conscientious farmers who truly look after their crops and manage their business in the most ethical and sustainable way.
Luisa handcrafts all her chocolate from bean-to-bar at her little chocolate makery in Sneinton Market, Nottingham.
We believe in sourcing the best, paying farmers more, and working together to create the world's finest chocolate.
We believe that chocolate should not be seen as a cheap commodity, but should be appreciated more and seen as one of life's pure and simple pleasures... as the Mayans said, pure chocolate is the Food of the Gods.
