On the nutty end of the spectrum, fine quality Italian Piemonte Hazelnuts are roasted to perfection, adding a luxurious crunch to our 75% Solomon Islands single origin dark chocolate & a double-hazelnut crunch to our Hazolate M*lk Chocolate. Meanwhile, on the fruity side, our Sicilian orange fruit is candied and intertwined in our 75% Solomon Islands bar, making for an outstanding pairing which has been showered in awards from both the Academy of Chocolate and the Guild of Fine Food.
