We've created this brand new symphony of textures and flavours, right in time for warmer days. The cacao's deep, fruity notes work perfectly with soft, sweet and slightly tangy mango pieces creating a beautifully refreshing Spring/Summer taste.
This combination is a perfect and bold testimony to our Solomon Islands cacao and it's compatibility with other flavours. A refined taste journey, every bite is refreshingly rich and complex, and utterly satisfying.
Taste notes: aromatic date notes build into an abundance of red fruits. Leaves a lingering hint of citrus & nut, alongside the sweet and tangy flavour of the mango pieces.
Directly sourced single origin cacao from David Kebu's family farm in the idyllic Guadalcanal of the Solomon Islands.

Handcrafted from bean-to-bar by Luisa at her little chocolate makery in Nottingham.
