After discovering this delight during a family trip to Valencia, Luisa and her daughter Isabella were inspired to incorporate it into their award-winning chocolate recipes.
Now we proudly present this new alternative to milk chocolate, handcrafted in Nottingham at our artisan, bean-to-bar chocolate makery.
