Each origin of chocolate has remarkably different taste notes depending on the terroir, much like a fine wine, therefore despite all being the same cacao percentage, each bar will taste different. Try our selection of origins, and our newest origins as soon as we make them. This is perfect for the dark chocolate connoisseur, with percentage in this collection ranging from 62% to 92%.

Ingredients: cacao, cocoa butter, unrefined sugar. Special one offs and seasonal chocolates may be added and these will be clearly labelled on the packaging.
